What to expect when applying for a home
The following is required for the application process:
1. Completed Application - If you do not have your current landlord's number, you MUST get that information
2. Proof of income (i.e. 4-weeks of paystubs, budget statement from DHS or Section 8/RHA)
3. Photo ID (this is required for the co-applicant as well)
4. Proof of current residency (i.e. utility bill, phone bill)

What do we look for?

GPM checks all public records and rental history’s, along with a home visit. 

Applicants: Your monthly net income (take home amount), must be at least 3 times the rental amount. This amount is combined from ALL sources.
This includes: All employment, DSS, SNAP Benefits, SSI, SSD, Unemployment Benefits, Worker’s Compensation, Child Support, Alimony, etc.

A few more things to know:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for applications to be reviewed and completed
  • Pets are not allowed at our properties
